Or is that even an option for you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, here are 5 powerful, quick tips to help you with your keto journey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.Rule #1: If you slip, don\u2019t let it be on wheat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I just know that if I cheat with wheat I will feel like crap for the next few days and for me it\u2019s just not worth it. It\u2019s too painful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.PPP \u2013 Propper Planning and Preparation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What I do is choose a delicious, mouth-watering protein, essentially your favourite.
