\u2026but the biggest surprise<\/em><\/strong> for everyone was when Lesley* explained exactly what she had done to lose the weight…<\/p>\n

However – before we continue, I want to give you a brief background on Lesley (Les, that\u2019s what we call her)
\nRight – so I was on a mission to get my weight loss program in written format and my baby girl Lily was just over a year old.<\/p>\n

Looking after Lily and doing the work was just not manageable and I decided to get an Au Pair.<\/p>\n

Right, long story short, Les (32) started working for me. Now she was overweight and most overweight people are on some or other diet\u2026Well I know I was<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Anyway, she brought along these shakes she was drinking. Now in the beginning I didn\u2019t know her to well, so I snuck a sneak peek at the ingredients of her shake \u2013 OMG filled with nasties as well as enemy number 1<\/em> \u2013 Yes\u2026 you guessed it sugar.<\/p>\n

Now this girl needed some educating\u2026 (Shame she was doing everything wrong) She knew I was doing something in the line of weight loss, however from my side I did not want to overpower her and force her to try my method.<\/p>\n

Eventually we became more acquainted (friends) and I started to explain what she had to do.<\/p>\n

Now before her pregnancy her weight was normal (healthy), however after the birth everything spiralled out of control and for 7 years she struggled to lose weight<\/strong><\/em>. It just never happened for her! You know that feeling you get always the bridesmaid, never the bride\u2026<\/p>\n

One diet after the other, same old story. You lose a few pounds but the minute you stop the diet \u2013 you gain everything back and extra pounds to boot.<\/p>\n
