That\u2019s exactly what my mom did and when she came by my house quite hysterically, totally shocked and believed her life was over.<\/p>\n<p>However, I reassured and told her that high Triglyceride levels is one of the easiest thing to fix with a proper diet* and if you want to add some extra boosting power about 15min of exercise every second day will do no harm\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>What exactly are Triglycerides?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Triglycerides are a type of fat found in your blood.
