The food the Big corporations manufacture are empty calories which pack on the pounds &amp; they would like You to believe that You can simply march off to the gym, do a little exercise &amp; You will maintain a healthy life.<\/p>\n<p>Top British obesity researcher Zoe Harcombe, says: \u201cYou can sit on the couch all day and still lose weight\u201d. Typically those people who can eat anything but not gain weight. Problem is though that even if they feel slim, there\u2019s still the chance that they\u2019re harbouring dangerous visceral fat (the kind the wraps around your organs, particularly in the abdominal cavity).<\/p>\n<p>This phenomenon is called TOFI \u2013 thin outside, fat inside. It\u2019s thought to affect 13 % of people with healthy body mass indexes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sugar<\/strong> is the main driving factor for this dangerous belly fat.
