(a\nfantastic alternative to eggs) Best of all they are quick and easy to make but\nthey taste moreish\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe serves 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bc cup almond flour<\/li><li>2 eggs<\/li><li>1tsp backing powder<\/li><li>2 tbsp. smooth cream cheese<\/li><li>1tsp vanilla<\/li><li>A few drops of stevia to taste (Xylitol)<\/li><li>Cinnamon (optional)<\/li><li>Butter for frying and serving<\/li><li>Whipped cream<\/li><li>Strawberries, blueberries or raspberries<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cream cheese, eggs, vanilla,stevia and backing powder until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan, pour in some batter (about\n3 tablespoons).
