Sooo… the holiday season is around the corner and front of mind would be presents, but next is the F word…No… not that one…

So how are you going to stay on the straight and narrow with your keto journey? Or is that even an option for you?

Well, here are 5 powerful, quick tips to help you with your keto journey:

1.Rule #1: If you slip, don’t let it be on wheat.

I just know that if I cheat with wheat I will feel like crap for the next few days and for me it’s just not worth it. It’s too painful.

2.PPP – Propper Planning and Preparation.

What I do is choose a delicious, mouth-watering protein, essentially your favourite. Then choose a carb – like mine would be asparagus (a low carb, carb) …and last but not least a fat you love (and need I even mention that would be Butter…Yummy!)

So essentially if you plan your meals ahead, your chances of failing are far less.

If you are invited to someone else’s house, then chose the same way.

3.Alcohol

A glass of red wine with that favourite protein, who can say no? Choose alcohol that is low carb and don’t mix your alcohol with sugary drinks.
