    Wow, I’m going to tackle Day 2 today. I enjoyed day 1, but I must say as a newbie I’m quite shocked at how unfit I am. But hey it will be worth it, so on to day 2.

    I have two kids and when I get home after work, there simply is no time to go to the gym. But really a gym membership would be to expensive for me right now. So I can do these exercises without going to the gym? Also do I need any additional equipment?

      No pain no gain 🙂 Yes, take a Magnesium supplement & a nice relaxing bath with Epsom Salt (1-2 cups). Hope you feel better soon.
