The Ultimate Guide to Keto Baking

The Ultimate Guide to Keto Baking: Master All the Best Tricks for Low-Carb Baking Success

By Carolyn Ketchum

Lets be honest here, most of the keto diet recipes out there taste like crap, so even the beautiful pictures can fool us sometimes but at the end of the day the proof is in the pudding. So buying a cookbook is one thing but making the time to bake or cook the recipes is a whole other ballgame.

This is how I see it there’s a whole chain of things that have to happen before you actually taste the recipe and that takes time, so to invest all the time and the recipes are a disappointment really annoys me.

Now look I’ve written my own books, lets face it its bloody hard and you will never, ever ever have all happy giddy clients (Yeah there are some a@$holes out there…hehe) that is life my friend. Taste also differs, a keto cheesecake I love may taste horrible for my neighbor.

Ok I’m officially rambling here….

This book is great go buy it….

Really it is.

Just 1 point here. The critics noted that there is a lot of almond flour used in the recipes, which is true. We ketoists know that almond flour is expensive, but we also know better than to have treats every day…so if we bake a sweet treat once a week, the almond flour won’t break the bank.

…and if you are nut free then the author has you covered as she has nut-free options for about half of the recipes.

Don’t forget to try out the Keto Rum Cake – its sooo Yummy!
